Why CPR and AED Training Matters
Cardiac emergencies can happen anywhere — at home, in the workplace, at school, in malls, gyms, hotels, or public spaces.
During the first few minutes of a cardiac emergency, early action can make a difference. CPR helps maintain blood flow to vital organs, while an AED can support early defibrillation when needed.
This is why CPR and AED awareness is not only for healthcare professionals. It is also valuable for employees, students, families, teachers, workplace teams, community groups, and anyone who may witness an emergency.
