0. Pre-Course Registration and Preparation Requirements

Hayat Institute strongly AHA recommendation that candidates register at least twenty-one (21) days before their scheduled course date to allow sufficient time for course preparation, online learning, pre-course assessments, required reading, skills practice, and other course-related activities.

Candidates who register less than twenty-one (21) days before the scheduled course date due to last-minute availability, cancellations, newly opened seats, rescheduling, or other circumstances acknowledge and accept that:

- They may have reduced preparation time prior to the course.
- They remain fully responsible for completing all required pre-course assignments, online modules, self-assessments, reading materials, and course prerequisites within the available timeframe.
- Late registration does not exempt candidates from any course requirements.
- Failure to complete required pre-course activities due to late registration shall not constitute grounds for refund, transfer, - cancellation, rescheduling, or course extension.

Hayat Institute shall not be responsible for unsuccessful course completion resulting from insufficient preparation time due to late registration.

For American Heart Association (AHA) and Health & Safety Institute (HSI) programs, candidates remain responsible for completing all applicable course preparation requirements regardless of registration date.

1. Rescheduling a course date, you have been registered for must be initiated at least Eight (8) days prior to the original course date. If a rescheduling request is initiated less than 5 days prior to the original course date, rescheduling fee applies, for BLS and First Aid Courses 25% of the total fee applies and 50% for Advanced Courses (ACLS and PALS).

2. No rescheduling request shall be granted within eight (8) days of the scheduled course date, except under exceptional circumstances supported by valid documentation and subject to Management approval.

3. Scheduling request is subject to Hayat Institute Management approval.

4. All candidates are advised to be on the training premises at least 30 minutes before scheduled course timing. Candidates are given a maximum of 15 minutes from the start of the course to be admitted.

5. Course fees shall be forfeited for candidates who fail to attend their scheduled course ("No Show") or who arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled course start time. No rescheduling shall be permitted in such cases.

6. Rescheduling of course due to a valid reason with proper documentation (ex: police report, medical report, etc.) within the same day will be subject to Hayat Institute Management approval.

7. Hayat Institute reserves all rights to cancel or reschedule a training session. In such an event, the candidate will be duly notified and offered the opportunity to new course dates. Courses that are rescheduled by either party are NOT eligible for refund. However, the candidates do have the option to apply the fees towards another course or transfer to another candidate.

8. By attending training at Hayat Institute, candidates acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during training activities for educational, marketing, and promotional purposes. Candidates who do not wish to appear in such materials must notify Hayat Institute in writing before the course commencement.

9. All products and courses purchased from Hayat Institute are non-refundable.

10. Course Materials and Digital Learning Resources

Course fees may include access to required digital learning resources, online modules, eBooks, course manuals, or other educational materials, depending on the specific program enrolled in. Access to course materials is subject to the policies and requirements of the respective accrediting organization and/or training provider.
Course materials, online learning access, and digital resources that have been issued, activated, accessed, or redeemed are non-refundable and non-transferable.

11. Certificates are available after full payment of installment plans.

12. Certificates, course completion records, eCards, and any related credentials will only be released once all outstanding fees, installment payments, and financial obligations have been fully settled.

13. Course Preparation Requirements

Certain courses may require the completion of online learning, pre-course self-assessments, reading assignments, practical preparation activities, or other prerequisites before attendance. Candidates are responsible for ensuring all course requirements are completed within the timelines provided by Hayat Institute.
